*NEW PARENTS:

Our "New Parent Page" is password protected.
Once your child is officially enrolled in one of our programs, you will receive a password to view "New Parent" page.
It's very important that you review this page before your child's start date.

​Open Door Policy

Once enrolled, the parents of Pearl Academy are encouraged to come and read stories, sing songs, and bring age appropriate games and activities, so when you come, be prepared to engage with our students. Parents will have immediate access without prior notice to the center. ((See volunteer rules & guidelines)

For Guests/Visitors: Even though we LOVE visitors, It's best to schedule all tours on this website or call our main office.
By doing so, we can ensure a staff member is available to give you their undivided attention when you arrive. (See Book a tour button)

Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday 7am-6pm

Mon-Thurs 9am-12:45pm
Extended day is available Mon-Fri for your convenience

Late arrivals: NO CHILD WILL BE ACCEPTED IN CLASS AFTER 9:15 without a doctor's note or extreme circumstance

Late Pick up fee: $10 FIRST MINUTE AND $1 EACH ACCITIONAL MINUTE. DUE AT TIME OF PICK UP OR BEFORE DROPPING YOUR CHILD OFF THE NEXT MORNING (3 LATE PICK UPS WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD'S TERMINATION)

Registration
The following fee is due upon enrollment: Registration fee per family, annual supply fee per child, and one week tuition per child.
These fees are non refundable.

* An annual Registration fee is due each year on the first Monday in August, you will be charged a $5 late fee each day until annual fee is received.
​
UNIFORMS
Uniform are MANDATORY and be worn Monday-Thursday (Fridays are dress down days)
Our uniform consists of a RED collared shirt and BLUE or Khaki uniform shorts, pants or skirt.
Any girl wearing a skirt or dress must wear shorts underneath.
*Printed shirts and any other type of clothing is prohibited until the assigned dress down Fridays.

Enrollment :
For your child's safety and to comply with the state regulations, all health forms and enrollment papers must be completed and on file at the center prior to your child's first day of attendance.
The following items must be submitted at the time of enrollment
*Once signing our enrollment form, parent/guardian is giving consent for child care personnel to have access to child's records.

1. Registration Fee $75 (non refundable)
(Returning students annual reg fee due Aug 12, 2024)
2. One Week's Full Tuition (non refundable)
3. Pearl Academy Enrollment Packet
4. Form 3040 Physical Examination
5. Form 680 pr 681 Immunization Record
6. Proof of subsidy (Voucher in portal or a hard copy of VPK certificate)
Please Note: Because each child has 30 days to turn in the required immunizations upon enrollment or may have medical, religious our philosophical exemptions, we must inform you that some children may not have current immunizations.

*Pearl Academy does not discriminate in regards to religion, sex, nationality or ethnic origin.

Other items needed :
To ensure that your child's day at Pearl Academy runs smoothly include:
* Change of clothes, wipes, and blanket for naptime. (Also see school supply list)
All personal items MUST be labeled with first and last names and placed in a gallon sized ziplock bag
All blankets must go home on Fridays to be laundered and returned on Monday.
